Siwan: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and others during the inauguration and foundation stone laying of various development projects at a public meeting, in Siwan district, Friday, June 20, 2025.

Siwan is a dead town in Bihar home to only the virus, bacteria and fungi. Prime Minister Modi‘s visit to Jasoli near Siwan was much prepared by the party pulling every possible person out of the home. The crowd was not disappointing at all. He started with chaste bhojpuri in thunderous applause from the restive crowd here. The visit may not give Modi the desired electoral victory whenever the elections are held next time. The voters here are politically savvy enough to have already decided not to be swayed over by a visit here and a slew of announcements there. More so when there is neither a deadline to the completion of the schemes announced nor any immediate relief to them. People here are not struggling to make their ends meet. They live happy despite the odds stacked full. Unlike Metros where even a millionaire is chasing time with bloodpressure, people here celebrate the quality of life with education or without education. Therefore, their applause for Modi musnt be taken seriously as their electoral endorsement. That will go to their caste chieftans, a fact no body understands better than the animal fodder scamster Lalu Yadav.

However, the BJP and the JD here should thank their party men for making the rally a huge draw. Almost all roads led to his rally.
